Overview:
Our healthcare client is seeking for a Senior Manager/Assistant Director to lead transformation efforts, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and contributing to national healthcare initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Project Management:
- Collaborate with National University Health System (NUHS) Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance Change Request processes.
- Provide advisory and support for departmental initiatives.
- Ensure adequate funding and resources are allocated in work plans.
Information Technology (IT) Project Management:
- Coordinate with workstream and project leads to report on project status.
- Manage interdependencies and clear roadblocks among support workstreams (e.g., Biomedical Engineering) and project leads.
- Develop and maintain project dashboard for tracking objectives and timelines.
IT Budgeting:
- Collaborate with Department Information Technology (IT) Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to plan departmental IT budgets.
- Monitor and track IT budget utilization.
- Support ad-hoc IT budget requests and assist with Change Requests.
Cluster Managed Systems (CMS):
- Ensure CMS security compliance with prevailing IT security policies and standards.
- Manage and mitigate system/devices risks.
- Drive for compliance with various stakeholders to achieve compliance through audit.
User Access Management & Governance:
- Lead data compliance efforts and ensure National University Hospital (NUH) data compliance.
- Establish, review, and audit user access policies and procedures.
- Conduct IT audits as required (Routine/Ad Hoc).
Provide Support to Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO):
- Assist with ad-hoc requests/initiatives from CMIO.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of work experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare, business analysis, project coordination, communications, or change management is advantageous.
- Ability to drive strategy from design to deployment.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to engage effectively with various level of stakeholder
