• Provide administrative support in payment and procurement process.

The Clinical Affairs Senior Manager will report to the Deputy Director, Product Development.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of clinical studies to ensure demonstration of the safety, performance, and benefits of a medical device and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist with the identification of experts to co-create clinical testing, validation and adoption strategies across local and international healthcare institutions.
• Support the collection of clinical insights, identification of the intended use and translation into product development requirement specifications.
• Foster positive relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical partners, and key opinion leaders, to ensure smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and refine clinical study protocols, ensuring alignment with product objectives and regulatory expectations and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites, investigators, and key stakeholders, overseeing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Establish and develop the implementation of medical technology guidance adoption strategies, working with a broad range of stakeholders including front-line clinicians and other healthcare and operations staff, suppliers of products and other industry partners.
• Work with Quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory submissions, approvals and reporting, keeping abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes to guide clinical strategy.

Requirements

• PhD or Degree in relevant field, preferably in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or chemistry degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of clinical governance, clinical study research and ethics compliance, confidentiality issues, research methods and guidelines, data protection, intellectual property rights etc
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific, clinical and safety research studies in an effective credible manner

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out the full spectrum of corporate secretarial function and listing compliance duties

General Overview

As a key member of the LNG Market and Business Solutions Team, the incumbent will support and report to the Senior Manager (LMBS), to work on commercial activities to drive the growth of Growth Projects by the company. This includes assisting in managing key relationships and facilitating communication between various internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the execution of stakeholder engagement strategies and ensures the smooth flow of information to meet project and business goals. This will play an essential part in maintaining stakeholder satisfaction by providing operational and administrative support, tracking stakeholder feedback, and assisting in problem resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

Commercial and contracts management

• Key Account Oversight: Independently manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, proactively addressing contract-related issues and optimizing commercial operations.
• Contract Development and Negotiation: Lead the development of contracts (MOU, HOA, definitive agreements) for new projects, collaborating with legal counsel as needed. Drive negotiations and oversee contract execution post-management approval.

Stakeholders Engagement and Management for Growth Projects

• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, monitor progression (actions and budget) and making sure that projects in line with agreed quality, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure internal and external stakeholders properly managed by:
  

1. Drive Meetings and CommunicationsOrganize meetings with stakeholders, and driving the agendas to deliver positive outcome to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders. And, follow up with the necessary actions to close all action items.

Work Experiences

• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in project engineering, and key account management roles.
