• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including Treasury and Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reconciliations.
• Maintain the integrity of financial accounting systems and records.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare forecasts, and manage banking relationships.
• Responsible for External Audit.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Analyze and interpret financial data and present findings in reports and presentations to the Group and the CEO.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring long-term financial stability.
• Conduct financial due diligence for new partnerships, acquisitions, and business ventures.
• Support financial analysis and reporting for investments and projects.
• Manage and coordinate financial aspects of outsourcing initiatives and vendor relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a finance leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Preferred experience in Finance, Insurance, or Broking Industry.
• Proven track record in investment support, financing, treasury, regional experience, and strategy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adjust to shifting priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
