Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of cameraman and guide them in all video technical set up. Review and update SOPs.
• Conduct annual review and assessment of team members training needs.
• Guide crew in camera operation (i.e. general camera system set up, angles, distances, movement) and overall operations concerning video, audio and electrical for TV production.
• Perform duty as Technical Producer for major production whenever necessary.
• Ensure production meets broadcasting standard.
• Anticipate problem and provide solution on complex issues.
• Provide contingency planning and ensure deliverable of production setup are adhered.
• Keep abreast of broadcasting technology development and industry standards and workflows. Offers recommendations for upgrades and changes to ensure operations are kept relevant and competitive.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Film Production or Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Audio related field.
• At least 10 Years of Ligting experience is preferred.
• Possess in-depth working knowledge of overall unit operations concerning camera, video, audio, lighting and electrical for TV Broadcasting.
• Possesses knowledge of camera systems, lenses and camera support equipment will be added advantage.
• Familiar with international broadcast standard, preferably ITU (International Telecommunication Union) and EBU (European Broadcasting Union) broadcast standard.

Requirements:

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities:

• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
• Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc
• Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site
• Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

• Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting functions within the Group entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the timely release of financial results. This role requires a proactive individual with a background in finance, preferably holding a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and prior experience in a listed company setting. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, company secretaries, and legal advisors, to uphold financial integrity and drive operational excellence.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs and oversees all aspects of finance and accounting functions of the Group entities.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly management accounts, and half-yearly and full-year release of financial results to SGX-NT.
• Oversees the financial operations of foreign subsidiaries.
• Preparation of operating / Capex budgets for the Board’s approval.
• Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Report, and be responsible for the integrity of financial information therein.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Professional qualifications in accounting with a minimum of 5 years working experience, Preferably a degree holder in Accountancy or CPA, ACCA graduate.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles. Working experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Hand-on experience in financial management and experience in handling SGX reporting requirements.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), and ability to communicate in Mandarin in order to effectively communicate with the stakeholder based in China.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of welding and machining experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
