RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. • Coordinate smaller IT-related projects, and vendor management and assist system deployments/upgrades with the appropriate internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare and generate operation reports and documentation to ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are being delivered to the Manager.
• Manage IT Inventory.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft product like Office365, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
• Good knowledge of desktop OS/application support.
• Experience with MacOS support is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot and either solve the issue or be able to describe the issue to outsourced support.
• Experience in IT project coordination.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Job Summary:

As a Repair and Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are properly maintained and repaired. Your duties will include identifying potential issues, creating maintenance schedules, performing repairs and upgrades, and preventive actions for maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To perform general repair works, including painting, patching of walls, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment
2. Plumbing & sanitary - Clear minor chokes in sanitary systems - toilet bowls and basins, floor traps, repair of sanitary fittings, etc.
3. Periodically maintenance aircon, exhaust dust & kitchen equipment
4. Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests from different outlets under the company.
5. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences.
6. To assist as and when required in relocation of furniture/ equipment etc.
7. Work independently
8. Support Logistic Delivery as and when required
9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement:

Must obtain valid class 3 license

1. Able to lift heavy stocks and climb ladders or scaffolding as needed. The job may require working in tight spaces or at heights.

2. Will work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, and may be exposed to dust, and warehouse environment.

3. The job may require working evenings, midnight, weekends, or holidays in case of emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
