• Oversee and lead the culinary team for our various F&B outlets including the Latitude Bistro (Asian / Western Food), the Chinese Restaurant, several kitchens including a Halal Kitchen, and in-house banquets and off site catering services.
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all food and beverage production and presentation of high quality cuisine for the various outlets.
• Ensure that adequate resources, i.e. manpower, materials and equipment, are available for the efficient production and presentation of all food and beverages items.
• Make recipes and maintain up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold to obtain maximum profit.
• Prepare new menus for the various food outlets at least twice a year.
• Hold daily meetings with the Sous-Chefs and Chef de Parties to ensure smooth running of all kitchen departments.
• Ensure that all stocks are ordered to the correct quantities, quality and price.
• Develop and maintain up-dated operations manuals for all food production and stewarding sections.
• Set standards of all food and equipment purchases in accordance with Club guidelines.
• Participate in the preparation of the club's revenue plan and marketing programs.
• Monitor local competitors and compare their operations with the Club’s Food and Beverage operation.
• Responsible for the hygiene / food safety in the food outlet kitchens.
• Engage in skill training for cooks.
• Attend to members’ complaints and feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma in food preparation with at least 8 years of experience in the same capacity in 5 star hotels
• Ability to understand profit & loss statement
• High creativity and good administrative skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

Planning and Specification

• To identify Data Center customer’s needs and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders.
• Conduct company and product presentation for owners, consultants, and any other new external stakeholders.
• To spec in our brand and product into consultant and owner’s vendor list, influence them to apply our brand.
• To work closely with cross functional team, like Engineering, QA, GSC and any other on handling inquiries.

Business Development

• To identify and engage new Data Center customers and consultant, obtain new contacts for key account and regional managers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of consumers, competitors, and market trends through engagement, to support on market analysis.
• To lead on global purchase / LOA agreement inquiries from customers.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and standards through attending events and seminars, attending individual and group training programs, and reading industry publications and newsletters.
• Communicates the information acquires to superior for the purpose of maximizing on sales opportunities, keeping the department and the business at par with the latest trends and best practices, giving the business a competitive edge and solidifying its position as a market leader.
• To identify and expand business into potential industry segments, develop market entry strategies, engage potential business partners to spec in and obtain enquiries leading to order.

Sales Activities

• Meet with Data Center customers/dealers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
• Networking through attend exhibitions, seminar and any other activities that can enhance our brand awareness as well as building connections.
• To handle Data Center inquiries and project tenders on assigned region by superior.

Product Development

• Collaborate with engineering and marketing team to identify opportunities for improving existing products and marketing materials, based on market demand and latest advancements.
• Gather feedbacks from clients and dealers, and channel it to engineering, QA & GSC for product and services quality improvement.
• And any other ad hoc task request from superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or any equivalent Engineering
• Experience on handing distributor, key accounts & customers
• 3 years of related genset and data center sales experience preferred
• Possess technical presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table and Advanced Formulas & Analytics

• Having strong ice-breaking and engagement abilities.

Vendor Research and Evaluation:

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, product quality, and pricing to make informed decisions.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with suppliers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Purchase Order Processing:

Database Maintenance:

• Maintain a well-organized database by updating and filing all relevant requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders according to company SOP.

Stock Management:

• Collaborate with front-line teams to assess stock levels and initiate orders as required.
• Balance inventory requirements with budgetary constraints to optimize stock levels.

Reporting and Communication:

• Compile and submit weekly reports to your manager or superior, providing accurate updates on purchased goods and highlighting any issues or concerns.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the ongoing improvement of purchasing procedures.
• Actively participate in team discussions and share insights to streamline operations.

Ad Hoc Duties:

• Assist in various other duties as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the purchasing department.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing.
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
