You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of full range of Phoenix Contact products in all areas within Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.
• Prepare sales visits, maintain customers contact database and update project status/activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor.

Requirement:

• Relevant academic in the relevant industrial field esp. Electrical / Electronic
• Candidate with minimum 3-year experience in industrial electrical component sales will have advantage.
• Experience in various industry such as Energy and Process.
• Knowledge on electrical control design systems will be advantageous
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, possess ability to communicate well.
• Excellent in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess valid driving license and own vehicle.

PPP Coffee is expanding and we seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage our F&B operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business expansion plans through hiring and leading a team of managers to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Description

· Lead and manage a team of managers overseeing cafe/retail operations and bakery production

· Set up, monitor and/or review operational systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency

· Ensure all outlets maintain the product quality and service standards

· Responsible for recruitment of staffing and manpower

· Conduct training and orientation along with HR support to set up new team members for success

· Oversee regular maintenance, managing facelifts and/or major renovations

· Work with key suppliers and partners to ensure purchasing and inventory management is managed to ensure the highest quality and best COGS

· Respond to customer escalations, and ensure support for the continuous improvement process

· Provide feedback and offer suggestions for improvements

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required

Minimum Requirements

· 5 years’ experience working in a managerial role in a F&B/retail environment overseeing 3 and/or more outlets

· Bachelor's Degree in preferably business administration, F&B, Hospitality, or related field

· Fluent in English and one other local language

· Basic computer literacy including MS Word and Excel

· Action oriented; committed and reliable; strong attention to detail

· Takes initiative to solve issues or offer alternatives

• Conduct building energy audits to evaluate energy use, costs and identify potential conservation measures

• Initiate energy saving proposals to optimize equipment operations and control strategies
• Review and recommend equipment retrofits for energy efficient replacements
• Design consultancy and project management for equipment retrofits
• Achieve Green Building certifications (eg. Green Mark, LEEDs, WELLs etc) for clients through conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions for implementation to enhance building performance
• Work closely with sales team in introducing sales strategies, technical scope analysis, capability demonstrations, development of proposals and projects cost estimates
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project schedules
• Manage a team of Engineers

Requirements :

• Degree or equivalent relating to mechanical or electrical engineering or related technical discipline
• Preferable with certification of Energy Auditor / SCEM / GMAP / LEED / WELL
• travel and perform hands-on work at project sites
• Team player, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in technical report writing
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, design software and/or AutoCAD will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the advisor to Masters/ Chief Engineers on navigation operations, charts & publications supply, cargo operations, deck operations, technical/ engine room operations.
• Monitor maintenance system and reporting from vessels.
• Carry out and coordinate various audits, ship board inspections and risk assessments.
• Arrange classes and statutory certification status and surveys and inspections where required.
• Conduct investigations of incidents.
• Prepare vessels’ Annual Operating Budget
• People manager to Masters and Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.
• Build and maintain good relations with Principals.
• A member of Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marine Engineering
• Preferably with direct ship experience (as Senior Engineer)
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience 1-3 years of shore experience as superintendent is preferred, candidate with Senior engineer experience fresh from sea are welcome as well
• Ability to work within tight schedules under intense pressure and be able to offer best remedies for unanticipated incidents
• Able to work irregular hours including late at night, weekends and public holidays
• Must be able to board vessels or able to climb heights
• Willing to be exposed to external environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application software
