Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production and operations team to plan and coordinate events and exhibitions.
• Manage and oversee the overall production and operations timelines, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.
• Supervise vendors and logistic agencies to ensure all deliverables meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct cost negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers to optimize budget and resources.
• Handle project operations planning and administration, including pre-event preparation, onsite execution, and post-event closure.
• Facilitate internal communications with projects and design divisions to ensure cohesive team execution.
• Lead production management activities from fabrication to on-site setup, including supervising the setup and management of events and exhibitions.
• Oversee and manage the dismantling phase of projects, ensuring efficiency and order.
• Proactively address any issues that arise and troubleshoot problems during setup and on the event day.
• Coordinate risk assessments, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain process management documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Food & Beverage (“F&B”) staff to contribute effectively in achieving outlet’s plans and goals
• Ensure memorable and exceptional experiences for all guests and customers with creative and innovative ideas and concepts with a strong guest recognition system/program
• Achieve financial and budgetary goals and targets i.e. revenue, F&B cost, manpower cost, expenses, etc.
• Monitor and collaborate with the Culinary team to achieve and maintain a healthy food cost, efficiency and/or profitability
• Ensure all guest areas are kept and maintained in a spotlessly clean and comfortable state, and proper work areas are provided for team members and kept and maintained in a safe, clean, tidy and organized environment
• Provide coaching and guidance to F&B team and fulfill all training needs for their future development

Requirements

• Preferably certificate in F&B/Hospitality Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a managerial level, preferably having F&B banquet experience
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Operational Oversight

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the custody services, ensuring efficient and secure management of digital assets.
• Implement and maintain robust operational processes, including transaction monitoring, asset segregation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Coordinate with the technology team to ensure the reliability and scalability of custody systems and infrastructure.

- Risk Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with digital asset custody.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing to evaluate the impact of potential adverse events.
• Monitor and analyze emerging risks in the cryptocurrency market, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including  clients, regulators, and auditors.
• Prepare and present reports on risk and operational performance to senior management and the board of directors.

• Responsible for exhibition daily operation to cover opening and closing, online ticket reservation, Merchandise sales and inventory, customer services and to resolve any operational issues as they arise.
• Manage onsite staff including hiring and training.
• Manage equipment and venue maintenance in a regular basis.
• Coordinate with building management and local authorities to address safety and security concerns to meet the safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure exhibition timelines, setup, execution and dismantling schedules.
• Prepare necessary forms and document and liaise with vendors/contractors for submissions to relevant authorities.
• Collect on-ground customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement.

Vendor and Contractor Management

• Liaise with vendors and contractors for services such as exhibition construction and audiovisual equipment etc.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Coordinate logistics and schedules with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of services.

Others

• Assist advertising and marketing initiatives
• Assist in budget management and sales forecast
• Other exhibition related assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in events and exhibitions management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for events and exhibitions.

Job Descriptions

• Report directly to the Management
• Manage the service crew with the leadership values set by the Company
• Cultivate the right culture and team spirit within the Outlet and Company
• Develop and implement workflows and processes to ensure smooth operation of the Outlet for both dine-in and delivery
• Ensure training is done for all new staff (part time or full time) on all aspects of the front of house operations as per the Company's service standards
• Provide insights into the business and identify any opportunities for improvement, whether in operations, service or sales, and share with Management
• Identify and rectify any operational faults that occur at the Outlet, implementing improvements (with approval from Management) when necessary
• Engage customers and manage feedback, including providing the relevant service recovery, regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages as well as level of service
• Ensure the Outlet always has sufficient manpower to operate smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure daily housekeeping duties including cleaning and disinfecting designated and common areas as well as cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on service equipment are carried out by the team
• Ensure all systems are updated including point-of-sales, own and partner delivery platforms, Spotify
• Ensure the outlet is always stocked with the necessities including packaging, collaterals and materials
