Responsibilities

• Managing and oversees day to day maintenance and administration of Brand Website (WooCommerce) to achieve KPIs.
• Lead the team to execute website operation task that include product listing, seasonal and brand launch, promotion campaign.
• Identify way to improve the website user experience.
• Liaise with Content and Creative team for blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos and webpages.
• Liaise Content and Creative team for the marketing assets.
• Coordinate for model shoot & pack shoot for Product listing.
• Trouble shoot and resolve a variety of website performance issues to prevent potential downtimes.
• Monitor and ensure Ship on time and solve the order fulfillment issues for Brands Website.
• Lead the customer service team to achieve KPIs set for chat response rate and problem solving.
• CRM and Customer Service.
• Plan and Execute Membership Program.
• Work with Digital Marketer, SEO agency and Social Media team to promote website’s presence and increase web drive traffic in achieving the website target.
• Manage pay-to-click and search optimization campaigns.
• Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly data analysis and report.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree holder, with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing website, preferably with the WooCommerce, Word Press and Magento experience.
2. Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing.
3. Experience in a fashion/beauty company is a plus.

• Minimum 8 to 15 years professional experience in engineering consulting specialising in geotechnical engineering
• Recognised Civil / Geotechnical Engineering qualification (Bachelor/Master’s Degree)
• Proven technical proficiency and experience in geotechnical and foundation design and analysis on infrastructure and underground construction projects in Singapore, including tunnelling, foundations and ERSS – permanent and temporary works.
• Sound understanding and application of Singapore design codes and local practices and commonly used geotechnical analysis software including Plaxis, and professional experience in the application of Eurocodes
• A proven ability to be able to understand the ground and model it in all its complexity, and to understand construction sequencing of underground projects
• Energetic, proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles and working closely with Contractors

About the Role:

You are expected to lead the implementation of our internal communication strategy, tactical plans and budget in line with Global Communications’ 2024 deliverables. You are also expected to recommend strategies, produce material and mobilise regional teams to execute communication plans to support and promote cross-regional departmental initiatives.

About the team

Tiktok and affiliates are developing the next-generation high-performance analytical database, with a mission to enable efficient and real-time data-driven decision-making on PB-level data sets. The initial product was forked from Clickhouse, after which large re-architecture had been taken place. The product now not only improves the efficiency of Clickhouse but also fits into the elastic cloud-native infrastructure with better scalability and resource utilization. With years of polishment in the internal EB-level scenarios, we are now ready to serve our business partners via various cloud vendors.

Development of technical specifications for HV/MV/LV electrical equipment in compliance with international standards and project specifications for onshore and offshore process modules.

• Perform technical bid evaluation of vendor technical offers, manage vendor deviations, make technical negotiations and align with project requirements for electrical equipment including but not limited to motor, generator, transformer, distribution board, variable frequency drive, soft starter, heat tracing, power cable and accessory systems.
• Make design calculations not limited to fault level, lighting design, cable sizing, heat tracing, and equipment sizing calculations for battery/battery charger/MCC.
• Generate electrical bulk MTO for the modules under battery limits.
• Coordinate with 3D/2D designers to make cable tray layout, electrical equipment layout, integration documents, interconnection diagram, single line, schemes as per project requirement.
• Perform technical review of the layouts, drawings and documents prepared by designers and drafters.
• Review and develop technical deviations for project specifications, coordination with customer.
• Prepare material requisition and make purchase request for procurement per project requirement.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary engineers, ensuring timely engineering inputs and manage dependencies, deliver documentation per schedule.

Position is based in Batam, Indonesia. Candidate should have the relevant certifications in CompEx, ETAP etc.
