Responsibilities:
In this role, you will source, screen, and match top-quality candidates for key roles in technology and project services across the Singapore region.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
- Screen candidates, assessing resumes and qualifications for role compatibility.
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate-client interactions, and gather feedback.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships, building a reliable talent pipeline.
- Provide insights on market trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment delivery experience.
Skills/Requirement:
- Adept at managing relationships, have an eye for market trends, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Candidates holding CEI certification will be prioritized and invited to interview first.
- Effective interpersonal skills to engage with candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools is preferred.
