Job Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, managing door access systems, facilitating the application of ERP permissions, addressing printing-related issues, assisting in setting up audio and visual systems for meetings, providing mobile support, and supporting in-house applications.

Key responsibilities

• User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Software and Hardware Support - Install, configure, and maintain software applications on end-users' computers and mobile devices. As a Desktop Support Engineer at Igus Singapore, your role involves providing technical assistance to IT users. You troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring system uptime. Additionally, you assist users with training and maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.

Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of IT equipment:

1. Maintenance, Updates and Patches

• Participate in daily IT system maintenance, manage user equipment according to IT regulations, perform preventive maintenance to minimize failure rate.
• Manage the server room according to IT regulations, conduct daily inspection and monitoring, keep the server room clean and free from damage.

2. Assets (& vendor) Management

Job Description :

· Middle level implementation professional to handle and complete F&B POS implementation projects in hotel and restaurant environment at customer site or remotely.

· To understand the customer’s need and operation workflow; then to install, setup and configure the solution at the customer site.
