5) Finance communication

· Ensure media proformas are checked correctly and returned to Finance within the agreed timeframe.

Minimum Qualifications

· At least 5-7 years’ experience in a regional role with either JAPAC or SEA/APAC market exposure with a B2B focus.

· Strong digital foundation is a must, and the ideal candidate must be fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix having broad cross-channel digital knowledge and a solid knowledge of digital media, Adtech, martech and data platforms

· Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, digital video, and Google advertising platforms and solutions with hands on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ad manager, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and DV360, LinkedIn and Twitter campaign planning and management.

· Understanding of digital ecosystem with focus on programmatic, data-based media approach, integrated digital management with excellent knowledge of 1st / 2nd / 3rd party data - how each should be applied and connected to provide customer driven marketing solutions

Job Description

The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Report to the SVP & Treasurer based in the US
• Oversee day to day treasury activity in the region including but not limited to pool structures, bank account management, guarantees, cash forecasting, investments and dividends
• Service operations in China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, India, Korea, Philippines, Thailand and other operations in region that arise
• Service and monitor our group of companies and Networks in the region
• Closely coordinate with local tax and accounting teams
• Manage Regional bank relationship

Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience, prior corporate treasury experience required
• Experience in large diverse multi-national companies required
• Familiar and has good understanding of local and regional banking regulations
• Ability to support both ad hoc and more comprehensive projects initiated by headquarters
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain finance & treasury concepts in writing and verbally to different teams.

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge or Ipsos-Insights products and services, including competitive marketplace offerings, in order to identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients
  Manages and fosters positive ongoing relationship with key contacts (decision making personnel) at client portfolio
• Demonstrates in depth understanding of client’s product, service and strategy and their competitive market in order to build and grow Ipsos credibility and business with client
• Anticipates future needs of clients based upon their issues in order to proactively influence Ipsos-Insight product development and delivery improvements
• Oversee the team to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design to delivery
• Proactively works with cross-functional department managers to continuously improve process and ensure their understanding and expectations of current and future client needs
• Develops, manages and mentors staff to build client understanding across all disciplines to work process vs. just project orientation, strategic insight and presentation skills
• Works with Research Managers to review all proposals and presentations to ensure that they are delivering key thinking on business issues
• Presents compelling insights to client in a way that evokes confidence and expertise and translates complicated insights in an actionable way that will be relevant to a broad client audience (including research and marketing/brand)
• Contributes to and actively manages assigned revenue and profit margin.

BACKGROUND

Experience:

• At least 7 years of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge
• Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management
• Understand and use statistical analysis
• Selling of research projects and capabilities
• Ideally, experienced in relevant category or sectors
