● Assist KIDS Church Administrator in preparing KIDS Church service flow, bible lessons, power truth and verse, crafts, and other items that will be needed for online and in-person KIDS Church services, Vacation Bible School, KIDS Summit, Upper Primary Camp, and ad hoc events

● Assist KIDS Church Administrator in creating payment vouchers and tracking budget for KIDS Church

● Assist KIDS Church Administrator with other tasks that may arise from ad hoc events or activities deemed necessary as set by the Leadership Team, Executive Team, and/or KIDS Team

Discipleship Team

● Provide administrative support to the pastors and discipleship team such as filing of receipts and raising payment vouchers.

● Provide support to the pastors and discipleship team in scheduling meetings, booking rooms/facilities, and setting up venue when necessary.

● Help in tracking budget for discipleship meetings and in monitoring budget utilization monthly and quarterly.

Event Management

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations & Technical Service Manager, you will represent the company to support IT needs. You will be the first point of contact for employees who experience technical issues with computer hardware, software, networking or other devices.

Specifically, you will

• provide technical support & advice to employees and customers
• install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and systems
• troubleshoot and solve technical issues relating to computers/phones/tablets
• maintain software licenses and the in-house server
• manage email accounts – including set up for new users
• manage purchase of new assets, the return of assets and the inventory for each repair
• manage and maintain network security & equipment safety
• assist IT projects and deployments
• train and guide employees on the use of technology

Job Responsibilities & Requirement:

Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
• Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
• Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
• VIP support
• Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed
