The successful candidate would:
Lead the design and engineering efforts related to the mechanical systems of
Airbus A330/A320/A321 P2F conversions.
Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Integration and Modification:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
P2F modifications into the A330 platform.
o Provide technical guidance on mechanical system modifications.
System Analysis and Troubleshooting:
o Conduct thorough analysis of mechanical systems, identifying potential
improvements and troubleshooting issues.
o Develop solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the
mechanical systems.
Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure all mechanical system modifications and designs comply with
aviation regulations and industry standards.
o Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary certifications.
Project Management:
o Manage and lead mechanical system engineering projects from concept to
completion.
o Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to
meet project timelines.
o Testing and Validation:
o Oversee testing and validation processes for mechanical system
modifications.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all mechanical
system designs and modifications.
o Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal and external
stakeholders.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess:
Minimum Graduate in Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering
5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity work
Good knowledge Airbus A330/A320/A321 mech systems
Good hands-on experience on CATIA V5
Knowledge of windchill PLM software is added advantage
Knowledge aircraft primary and secondary structures.
Able to comprehend engineering design definitions and drawings
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe (PDF)
Good problem-solving skills and Right First-Time attitude
Good communication skills
Meticulous to details, responsible and a team player
