Job Description:

• Handle General Ledger, Monthly and Year End Closing.
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts
• Responsible for month/year end financial and management reports
• Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation
• Review the work of Accounts Assistants to ensure the accuracy of daily sales revenue and expenses
• Prepare and submit of quarterly GST returns
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
• Assisting any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business
• Fully responsible for monthly AR and ensure customers’ payment on time.
• Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls. i.e., Process and Compliances requirements as a listed company Job Scope.
• Assist Inventory management, e.g.: Stock take, Monitoring and prepare monthly expiry stock report.
• Do credit review for new customers and update their profile in system regularly.
• Create payment advise in bank system.
• Prepare and send E-Statement and collect payment.
• Assist monthly group consolidated P/L, B/S and C/F to management.
• Prepare and submit tax computation including GST.
• Prepare audit schedules including drafting financial statements for year-end audit and be the coordinator for audit process.
• Liaise with bankers, outsource company secretary, auditors for all statutory filings and relevant documentation.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecast – Analyze data to operations team – Monitor daily cash flow.
• Liaise with software consultant in relation to the system improvement / customization reports upon required and involving in system troubleshoot.
• In addition, you shall be responsible for performing the duties and discharging the responsibilities as may form time to time be assigned to you by the Company-laws and regulations and of those by-laws and regulations of the relevant authorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a similar field of study
• Diploma in Accounting
• Experience with accounting system, SAP Business One, Odoo is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office Skills with strong Excel proficiency.

The senior lab analyst in the Analytical Service Laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, plays a multifaceted role that encompasses precise chemical analysis, adherence to quality management systems, and active participation in production-related activities. This position is designed to contribute to the laboratory's commitment to ISO/IEC 17025 standards while also supporting production processes to meet organizational objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for improving safety culture through strong participation and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, procedures, and protocols.
• Responsible for 5S activities in Lab and Housekeeping inspections.
• Responsible for all relevant risk Assessments activities to ensure risk assessments are done and documented.
• Responsible for timely reporting of all near misses and Incidents within the Lab.
• Responsible for chemical consumable inventories stays with in HS License limits.
• Accountable for day-to-day sample planning and scheduling, with objective to accurately and timely delivery of COAs and Analytical reports in a timely manner.
• Accountable and responsible to carry out sampling activities in the Lab related to ICP-MS, ICP-OES, GC, GCMS, IC and Wet chemistry.
• Accountable to develop, update and maintain Standard operating procedure and other quality documents.
• Accountable for all the waste management generated from the day-to-day operations.
• Accountable for maintaining and enforcing cleanroom regulations for all personnel, vendors, and visitors.
• Accountable for vendor management to ensure equipment upkeep by intime execution of calibration, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities in adherence to regulatory and quality assurance standards.
• Accountable for LIMs (Sample Manager) system management.
• Accountable for root cause(s) investigation and intime CAPA closure for laboratory equipment failure and result abnormalities.
• Responsible for internal ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS651 and ISO17025 audits and technical representative forISO17025 external audits.
• Responsible for implementation of Management of Change (MOC) policy for all the changes.
• Responsible for application of statistical methods and tools for comparison and performance verification. Monitor control charts to identify need for new standards or instrument maintenance.
• Support new method development and new equipment validation activities as required.
• Accountable for training and mentoring of Lab analysts, fostering skill enhancement and professional development.
• Other works as assigned by the Manager.

• Must be able to differentiate color for work purposes
• Will be required to work in the vicinity of chemicals and wear various PPE like chemical-clothing and respiratory masks.

Objective of the role

1. Work closely with the markets in SEA, HK & Taiwan to implement the approved Marketing strategy for the Elizabeth Arden brand and all the licensed Brands
2. To support and assist the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) in all areas to ensure the objectives of the Marketing Department are met.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce

• Work with RMM to review product exclusivities and mechanisms with local markets to ensure attractiveness to target audience
• Work with designer to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs, banners, creative adaptation and ensure content are aligned with brand and promotion plan

Digital

• Work with markets on website update where necessary

Social

• Work with local markets on monthly social posting calendar
• ·Work with RMM on social content analysis and follow up with markets

PR and Influencers / Events

• Work with RMM and local markets to execute PR/influencer strategy
• Support the coordination & planning of events and other related tasks such as press kits, post event reports

Forecast Management

• To assist with the coordination and consolidation of forecasts for innovations efficiently
• To extract historical data for analysis and review with RMM

Visual Merchandising Maintenance

• To follow regional transparency and Visual Merchandising strategy and work with markets to ensure in-store excellence across all locations
• To ensure that the internal picture library is updated every time market visit is done

Assets and Content Management

• To send and follow up on creative requests for assets
• Coordinate, request and provide assets, product information and necessary documents to local markets during new product launch and where necessary
• Coordinate creative briefs and manage timeline between markets and to designer

Other Marketing Support

• To coordinate and support all necessary information, tools and ad hoc requests between Global team and the markets
• To assist on the development of a monthly newsletter to share best practices and success stories across the region
• To assist with any other related projects, reports, and tasks

• Degree holder in business/marketing
• 1-2 years of marketing experience will be preferred
• Team player with interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen interest in beauty products and retail
