SUMMARY:

Tower Transit Singapore (TTS) is in the business of moving people, not buses. As one of Singapore’s four public transport operators, TTS carries about 14 million passengers a month. The work we do impacts the lives of many people and intersects with all segments of society. As Communications Senior Executive, you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across that broad spectrum, including bus captains, the trade union, the media, community groups and MPs, all of whom are your audiences. You will support TTS’ internal and external communications efforts, tailoring key messages to different stakeholder groups and applying your skills in strategic communication to a wide range of issues.

You will play a key role in managing our internal comms by working with various departments to craft and amplify key messages to our employees. You will take the lead on internal content creation and manage the publishing of news on TTS Hub, our custom-built staff app. You will also work with our developers to drive enhancements to the app. As part of a nimble and dynamic Communications & Customer Experience team, you will also support our staff engagement, customer experience and inclusive transport initiatives. On the external front, your main responsibilities encompass media relations, and social media, stakeholder and events management.
