Your roles and responsibilities

• Plan and schedule for events and training sessions
• Handling course enquiries and course enrollment process
• Liaise with different stakeholders such as trainers, learners etc
• Manage on-site event deployment operations to ensure seamless and efficient execution. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaign. Coordinate and implement marketing strategies to promote events and training sessions effectively.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). With Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Experience in event/training planning, management and coordination will be preferred.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Accounts Payable:

• Verify and match vendor invoices against PO
• Verify Employee expenses claim
• Process payments
• Prepare information for monthly reports

Accounts Receivables:

• Prepare invoices and ensure delivery of invoices to clients
• Review receivables from clients every week
• Process receipts

Cash flow

• Prepare cash position statement every week

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting / Business Administration / ACCA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA
• Has a minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience
• Has the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare CPF e-submission and method for CPF calculation rate
• Submission of GST quarterly and other IRAS matters
• Ensuring payments (AP) are prepared promptly for payment to creditors
• Proper recording of Petty Cash cashflow and reimbursement

Day-To-Day Duties

· Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations

· Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor

· Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues

· Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting

· Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.

· Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request

· Any other duties as assigned by Manager
