We are now seeking an experienced freelance Strategy Director to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover from October 2024 to March 2025.

What does the role involve?

Strategy

• Taking client briefs, challenging them, and developing them into inspiring and informative internal briefs. Keeping abreast of new trends and developments and sharing those with the rest of the team and company regularly.
• You will be responsible for turning ideas into well-rounded, strategically sound, deliverable plans that you lead and write, collaborating with others in the team to encompass audience insights, trend analysis, marketing/media executions, timings and budgets.

 Creativity

• Driving the conception and development of innovative on-brief digital ideas for clients and/or new businesses, from bigger campaign themes to smaller execution/technology-led ideas. You should inspire excellent creative solutions and be able to guide and lead the ideas-generation process, identifying and building on any ideas from other people within the agency.

 Client-handling

• Partner with the senior Account Management team and client to lead long-term communication strategies. Articulating those plans for clients in written and spoken form - writing and giving clear presentations. Once ideas are sold-in, you will then be the guardian of that plan, ensuring it's delivered in a way that remains on-brief and in line with the agreed vision. Play the role of catalyst, consultant and companion to the client until the idea is right

 Research and Analysis

• Intellectual curiosity is a must; we are looking for creative problem–solvers. You’ll need to have a good understanding of research approaches (on and offline) and be able to apply these approaches to uncover breakthrough insights that can drive our client business forward.
• Tools we use include: Brandwatch, Global Web Index, Sysomos, Synthesio, Crimson Hexagon and Euromonitor.

• Keen focus and understanding of how our client business works and ability to develop strategic approaches clearly designed to help grow their clients' brands.

 Leadership

COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA PLAN 

• Formulate communications and media calendar for each revenue stream, ensuring timely and accurate execution of each initiative through coordinating with relevant teams 
• Responsible for consistently creating positive and relevant news to drive P R value from earned local and global channels   
• Work to enhance the brand image of each venue through reviewing all communications materials including but not limited to sales decks, in-house collaterals and displays, press materials, ad copies and assets 
• Direct the creation of compelling content that highlights the unique features and experiences offered by the hotels, convention centre, dining outlets, and spa, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
• Lead submissions for all awards targeted by the complex and actively canvass for votes and nominations with relevant stakeholders. Leverage all awards to drive revenue 
• Source and collaborate with relevant partners and suppliers to create unique guest experiences and events

CAMPAIGN & EVENT MANAGEMENT

• Plan communications campaigns with marketing team and agencies to cover digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to increase brand awareness and sales
• Host and entertain media, bloggers, content creators and influencers to drive positive coverage and beneficial commercial outcomes 
• Drive the marketing and promotion of hotel-led events held at the complex, ensuring they attract the desired clientele and achieve attendance targets
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communications campaigns and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies

MARKET RESEARCH & ANALYSIS

• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes

WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOURNEY

As a UIUX Director, you are responsible for defining the direction of all UI & graphic design assets complementing the existing Art assets and creative direction of the game. This visual direction becomes the “Graphic design signature” for the game that will enhance the quality and the comfort of the user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You work closely with the content team (Creative Direction, Game Direction, Art Direction, World Direction, Audio Direction, and Brand Direction) to ensure that the team, internal partners and the public gets a consistent, aligned message and direction. Responsible for crafting the game’s visual identity both at UI and brand level, complementing the existing art direction and creative direction of the game.

• Conceptualize, develop & direct the User Interface (UI, Menus, Navigation, HUD, interface FX and Post FX) & visual style of the game’s presentation signature
• Contribute to the game’s UI & artistic vision with the multiple art teams to set the style and tone for the game
• Create UI presentation guidelines (style guides) that will be used to direct external resources (CGI and SFX companies for ex)
• Oversee the game’s UI & graphic design look and feel and help ensure all contributing artists understand the presentation signature

he Opportunity

As a manager, the function of an Associate Director Regulatory Affairs, APAC (Asia Pacific) is to combine knowledge of scientific, regulatory and business issues to enable products that are developed, manufactured or distributed to meet required legislation. Additionally, the individual may develop and supervise regulatory professionals. The individual has department level influence and is generally recognized as an expert resource both within Abbott and externally. The individual may comment on changing regulations and guidance, interface with outside regulatory agencies and trade associations and provide executive management with regulatory metrics/information. The Director of IT is responsible for the supervision and handling of day-to-day IT operations. The Director of IT ensures that timely IT support is rendered to all departments, especially in areas with guest contacts. Primary Responsibilities

Hotel IT Operations and Infrastructure; Including but not limited to

• Oversee hotel IT Services team from managerial aspects and provide guidance to ensure all technology based questions can be answered promptly.

Role Purpose

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• In charge of general management of the Company in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives.

• Design strategic plan and set goals for the development and growth of the Company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Potential candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in either Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration, Law.

• At least fifteen (15) years working in the oil and gas drilling industry, with experience working with National Oil Companies and Oil & Gas Regulators in Asian countries considered an advantage.

• Well-versed with regulatory requirements and industrial standards for offshore drilling operation particularly in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia.

• Thorough understanding of oil and gas drilling business, specifically for Southeast Asian markets.

• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).

• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving and decisional-making skills, complemented by excellent communication skills.

The Director of Edge Solution Deployment APAC is accountable for driving a global technology roll-out in all our restaurants that will enable new cloud-based software applications as well as on-site local software and AI solutions within the region.  This leader must be able to foster a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional and business stakeholders across the globe. Demonstrated success in deploying a workstream as part of a complex, global program, with intimate knowledge of global deployment fundamentals and the impact technology has on our employees, and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of our comprehensive global cloud Edge technology deployment plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements ensuring dependencies and sequencing is considered and planned.
• Execution of global cloud Edge deployment plans to successfully drive technology deployment and market activation of new cloud computing capabilities in our restaurants.
• Accountable for the successful implementation of Edge technology in all restaurant locations across the globe including a comprehensive global roll-out plan while coordinating market participation and roll-out.

The role of Business Strategy and Operations Director for Client Services (AP) is a key role that is responsible for a wide range of activities required to support the AP Head of Client Services in delivering against regional and global priorities. The role is based in Singapore and provides an excellent opportunity to gain a broad strategic overview of Visa’s business. It will involve close collaboration with the Client Services Leadership Team as well as strong partnership with other functional leaders across Asia Pacific.

Specific responsibilities span across the following key areas:

• Drive end-to-end management of Client Services Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) – collaborate with CS Leadership Team and other global as well as regional stakeholders to facilitate OKR targets each year. Establish accurate tracking capabilities to measure performance against targets.
