Role Summary:

As an HR Executive, you will manage end-to-end HR operations while maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters. You will ensure smooth payroll administration, maintain employee records, handle leave management, and provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including updating HR databases, maintaining employee records, and processing employee documents with confidentiality.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and discretion.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires while maintaining discretion at all stages.
• Employee Relations: Act as a confidential point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• three years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to payroll.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion.

• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS, infotech payroll systems).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and employment regulations.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to help achieve business results

• Responsible for conceptualising, implementing, and managing the yearly marketing strategy/ campaigns based on the company objectives.
• Lead strategy and management of brand social media postings, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels as necessary.
• Create marketing toolkits alongside marketing team to cover marketing profiles, digital best practices, design, compilation of analysis for promotional success, and strategic partnerships

Requirement:

• Contribute to projects / initiatives, starting from Requirements Gathering, Design, Solutioning, Functional Specs review to User Acceptance Testing and Live Verification. 
• Must have good working hands-on experience in data querying (SQL and such) and handling of data schemas and data wrangling. 
• Works in close collaboration with various Workstreams, UX Designer and Tech counterparts to elicit business requirements, supports the design and conceptualization of new requirements and visualisation, analyse all possible scenarios, and articulates impacts and risks, as identified, ensure consistent use and implementation of processes.
• Review requirements to ensure alignment to design principles and information architecture.
• Attend to user stories/requirements and work with Tech partners on solutioning and implementation based on prioritisation.
• Join regular scrum meetings and user stories grooming sessions to ensure that enhancements are delivered accordance to business requirements/solutions and is within budget and timelines.
• Review solution proposal from Tech team and provide effective challenge and counter proposal

About the role

What you will be doing

• Lead the Customer service team for Sea freight
• Liaise with customers on the standard operating procedures
• To meet up with clients on projects / special matters
• Prepare customer key performance index reports
• Promptly handle customers / team escalations
• To implement corrective actions and preventive measures for immediate service recovery
• To co-ordinate with Ocean carriers for bookings / uplift upon escalation from team
• Attend to freight management and rates negotiation
• Provide quotes / rates to COD customer or overseas offices
• Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
• Review the profit & loss of product desk
• Analyse job file purchasing and raise concern to Pricing team
• Review & approve changes of work processes before escalation to Head of Sea Freight
• Conduct recruitment exercise for officer / executive position when needed
• Provide related training concerning the BU to new staff assign to the team
• Joint sales visit to resolved operations issue when necessary

Team Management

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

The successful candidate

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight experiences
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently
• DGR trained will be an advantage
