• Perform grant claim submissions
• Take down minute notes for meetings
• Undertake projects and tasks that might be introduced from time to time

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Management (minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Business or Management if candidate has excellent career track in relevant experience)

Hiring of foreign construction workers:

• Work with People Services to ensure timely contract renewals for staff/ workers.

The job holder will support the Senior Manager HR, S.E.Asia on all HR functions in the region. This include Staffing & Recruiting, Payroll & HRIS Administration, Employee Welfare Management, Training & Development administration in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and other countries in the Asia region.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruiting

• Support recruitment and selection process, includes coordinating job briefs, job posting, interviews and assessment arrangements

Payroll Administration & HRIS

• Manage monthly payroll administration with internal parties and outsourced vendors
• Prepare payroll related reports to government agencies such as social insurance, worker’s compensation etc.
• Maintain & update data accurately in HRIS, incl. new hire, termination, staff movement, etc

Training and Development

Desired Skills and Experience:

Registered as a charity under the Charities Act of Singapore, Daughters Of Tomorrow complements and supports existing training and workforce-related agencies by connecting volunteers and community resources to enable each woman on an individual level. By deep-diving into the practical day-to-day constraints of these women, we offer hand-holding and individual coaching to help each woman reach regular and sustained employment.
Our beneficiaries are women aged 18 to 68 from low-income families (living on less than $800 per capita per month), mostly living in government-subsidized rental flats, and facing multiple stressors in their families. Through sustained employment, women in our employment bridging program regain confidence in themselves and gain a social support network that helps them through their difficult times.

Research Executive (Social Mobility Programme)

About the Role

The SMP Executive will support the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team to execute a funded research project - specifically the Social Mobility Programme, an exploratory research programme aiming to explore what interventions can better encourage women to increase stability and create improvements in their lives.

This role will report to the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and work closely with the SMP Research consultant, and coordinate with other programme functions, including Programme Development & Incubation, Community Partnerships & Programmes, Employment Bridging & Social Mobility, and Volunteer Management. The role will also involve participating in an organisation-wide bi-weekly meeting in person.

Responsibilities

Research - Social Mobility Programme

• Support the research team in recruiting for the programme, including identifying potential women who will be eligible for the research, organising recruitment drives, calling eligible women to share about the programme.
• Assist in consent taking when onboarding women into the programme as research participants
• Track the dates of intervention for participants and alert team on the follow-up needed
• Coordinate the timing and location for intervention, check-ins and interviews with participants
• Administer and track the disbursement of incentives to research participants on excel
• Conduct interviews and check-ins with women at a venue that may not be the office
• Take notes at research team discussions
• Check research data that have been keyed in to ensure no errors
• Ensure proper organisation of research documents in soft and hard copies
• Assist in preparation of research reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Support other future research studies and/or advocacy in line with the organisation’s mission and vision

Qualifications
