Assist in administrative tasks involving updating and filing info to tasks to be conducted via govt websites. To assist in updating staff & clients' info. Would be working as part of a small team. Needs to know how to use basic EXCEL. Must be able to read and understand English for Work and in navigating websites. Ability to converse in Mandarin with colleagues is a plus. ( Ability to understand Tamil or Vietnamese would be a bonus)

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform statutory audit and prepare tax computation (fieldwork, documentation of results & preparing financial statements)
• Polygraduate with Diploma / University Degree in Accounting
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft uitility programmes
• Responsible & positive working attitude
• Multi-tasking and eager
• Local / SPR preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company
• Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track sales performance
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
• Execute all company’s therapists related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance
• Plan therapists training and skillset assessment
• Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / related field
• Min Diploma / Degree in any field
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
• Communication skills with customer service orientation
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details
• Works well independently and has strong operational skills
• Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills
