We are seeking a highly passionate and driven Payroll and Shared Services Executive who will be part of our pre-opening team for the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. This will be an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to deepen and advance their HR skill sets and career by being involved in development and setting up of the HR department for the new Resort.

Possessing a self-motivated and learning mindset, the incumbent will play a critical role in the pre-opening of the Resort by helping to set up the necessary payroll, tax and shared services functions. In setting up these HR processes, the Payroll and Shared Services Executive will ensure compliance with regulations and that these processes are developed based on best-in-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management - Manage and execute the Resort’s monthly payroll activities, including processing of salaries, statutory contributions, tax filing and other payroll related requirements. The incumbent will also ensure that service standards of the HR department are kept to the highest levels by addressing and resolving any payroll inquiries from staff.
• Payroll System, Processes and Policies - Assist the HR Director and/or Manager to setup and implement the Resort’s payroll system. This includes establishing payroll policies which are compliant with Singapore’s Employment Regulations.
• Shared Services – assist in the setup of the HR Shared Services function, including employee data management, HR administration and other HR services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship with all potential donors and partners to support the realization of Care Corner's vision with a sustained financial contribution.
• Cultivate a core group of corporate partners and donors with significant contribution.
• Build a large pool of regular individual donors.
• Orchestrate an effective ongoing engagement programme with all donors and potential donors.
• Conceptualise, organise and support fundraising programs and activities.
• Prepare proposals and submit reports for engagement programmes in a timely manner.
• Work with foundations, corporates and community partners in maximising the contributions and resources for the community.
• Source and apply for grants and matching funds that help with the programme development.
• Ensure compliance with all fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in business development/corporate management experiences
• Able to work independently and engage people of different levels
• Familiar with online/digital/social media channels for publicity and promotion
• Team player, strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Job Descriptions:

• Overall documentation for the company and its subcontractor's manpower deployment to project sites to screen the accuracy and completeness of their submissions as required in accordance with the company’s SOP
• Checking the validity of work permits on a daily basis and downloading the result from MOM website for record purposes
• Overall documentation of the company and its subcontractor's Security Site Passes in all project sites in accordance with the company’s SOP which includes maintaining of proof of issuance and return
• Monitor / track, and maintain 'live' master file for all the company and its subcontractor's manpower deployment and Security Site Pass issuances and returns in all the company's projects
• Ensures all manpower records are easily retrievable as and when needed
• Compilation and submission of manpower report (daily, weekly, monthly as required on site)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Sales administration

• Respond promptly to customers' queries
• Have a meeting at customer's site
• Source for materials via emails and phone calls to new and current suppliers
• Issuance / arrangement / coordination of sales and purchase related documents (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders etc) and transactions in MYOB or other Accounting Program
• Collate and compile accurate instructions and documents (from customers) to Production team
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely delivery to customers
