Job Description
• Develop detailed radio frequency translation plans and architectures.
• Assess gain, noise parameters (NF, SNR), dynamic range, linearity, and power consumption to ensure robust and predictable design execution.
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to guide PCB implementation focusing on clean power supply design and interconnects to meet EMI and RF transmission requirements
. • Participate in design reviews and document progress at each development stage up to final prototype testing and characterization.
• Evaluate transceiver parameters such as Pout, IMD/IP3, EVM, and noise characteristics using spectrum analyzers and modulation analyzers; conduct wireless link-level functional evaluations for product characterization
. • Work with product engineers on certification procedures, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Transfer of Technology (ToT) for large-scale production.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics Communication Engineering or Digital Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an RF system hardware engineer, demonstrating a track record of meeting industry delivery standards in relevant domains.
• Strong interpersonal and creative skills, capable of multitasking in a dynamic and demanding environment.
