• Update relevant Yusen and clients with market trend and best practice information.
• Monitor competitors’ behaviours and service information as it becomes available.
• Conduct senior level communication with management and global, regional and Operation Companies (Opcos) business teams.
• Monitor and encourage Opco BD members on business development.
• Provide insights and Lead Opco BD members to capture customer requirements and market trend.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant degree.
• At least 7 years of Key Account Management experience in logistics industry with exposure in providing logistics solutions design or related experience.
• Excellence knowledge of the logistics industry (Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Land Transportation, etc.).
• Demonstrated excellence skill of strategic and tactics problem solving.
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
• Able to work independently and within team and across teams.
• Able to demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
• Able to manage well on both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven strength in conceptual thinking and designing.
• Excellent people, communications & negotiation skills and intuitive to customer’s business.
• Fluent English proficiency, other languages are a plus.

We are a construction metal / aluminum/ stainless steel / glass fabrication and installation works company .

Now looking at least 5 years’ experience of Senior Project Engineer who experienced in Metal Works /structural steel / stainless steel and aluminum architectural works for Condos & HDB building project.

Scope of works :

1) Require skills : Report directly to CEO for Managing the site, planning and monitoring the project purpose

2) Lead a project team of consultants, main con in daily site activities to ensure deadlines will be met.

3) Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting.

4) Knowledge of legal issues and Workplace Safety & Health standards is essential.

5) Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary reports, and maintain all required records at the sites. Prepare reports on the completion of works.

6) Keep track of submission status like shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and all other submissions.

7) Supervise the work of labours, machines, ets and give them guidance when needed.

8) All other duties as and when assigned.

Requirement :

1) Candidates with leadership qualities and experience would be considered for Assistant Project Manager role.

2) Team player and can work independently.

3) Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.

4) Construction related experience advantageous, At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiar with Contract Work Duration and execute installation timely manner, record all the forecast schedule and delay progress, time to time.
• Familiar with Contract Work Scope, Monitor work in-line with Omissions and addition, Update with QS all the variation closely.
• Familiar with Technical specification and comply material procurement, cost control and material wastage control with in the budget.
• Provide technical support and assist in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
• Prepare, revise and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.
• To control, Monitor final specification/bill of materials for purchase order
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods, equipment and fabricated items.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
• Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
• Supervises Installation Compliance and requirement during the construction stage from start to the completion and handover of the project
• Supervise subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning
• Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical site installation in the construction industry,
• Relevant project experience in the field of Commercial, Building projects in Singapore
