Job Summary:

The appointee uses their knowledge of teaching and learning, and the values of the School to contribute to children’s progress in learning through planning organising and creating resources and providing support to the children and their teachers.

The role reports to Head of Infant School through Head of Learning Support (Infant School).

This is a temporary position for 3 months (August to November 2024).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder preferably in the relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Previous experience of working with children is essential, preferably children aged 3 – 7 years old
• Have a very good knowledge and understanding of the UK SEND Code of Practice 2014;
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and knowledge of iPad is essential
• Positive, enthusiastic and creative individuals who enjoy working with young children, teachers and Teaching and Learning Assistants.

Office Admin Tasks

• Receive guests and be the ‘face’ of the company - perform front desk duties when required
• Point person for office administration work including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
• Manage relationships with office vendors, building management, service providers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Assist in booking facilities for meeting and/or facilitating for online meetings
• Handle business travel issues such as arrangements of air tickets / accommodation for staff
• Provide timely support for managers on administration matters and tasks
• Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

HR Admin Tasks -

• Handle onboarding and offboarding employees
• Provide support for staff engagement activities and events
• Assist in assigned HR admin duties such as staff claims, letters issuance, staff records updates, work pass application/renewal/cancellation, payroll etc.
• Any other HR admin duties that may be assigned on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Possess at least a min. Diploma, in any field
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Ability to handle highly confidential information of critical nature
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

• Proficient in Mandarin, as this role requires frequent liaison with stakeholders from/in China HQ

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including activities related to exhibitors, delegates, and visitors.
• Develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional collateral.
• Assist in analysing campaign data and providing insights to optimise marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to support the overall marketing strategy.
• Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including data segmentation and list management.
• Oversee paid campaigns with the support of the Digital Marketing Manager/Executive, reviewing results and making recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with onsite marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of events, such as registration support and material placement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Basic understanding of databases and data segmentation for marketing purposes.
• Proficiency in using common marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable.
• New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q2/Q3 2024.

• Prepare the Cafe and Musical Lounge for operations
