Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will provide support as follows:

• Work as a team to coordinate with contractors to carry out and maintain daily estate, horticultural works and cyclical projects at public housing flats.
• Conduct inspections, liaise and supervise contractors, identify defects and rectify works and process payments.
• Engage and manage feedback and to carry out call back service when the defects are rectified.
• Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders.
• Assist grassroots leaders to organize grassroot activities.
• Attend house visits, grassroots and upgrading meetings after office hours, where necessary.
• Attend to urgent cases referred by managers, grassroots leaders and EMSU.
• Attend to feedbacks and services requested by residents as well as manage arrears cases.
• Handle administrative duties such as calling for quotations, issuing work orders, applying for funding.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years in similar role
• Non "O" Level holders are required to have at least 3 years experience
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
• People-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Able to work under pressure

A waste management company in Tuas South looking for a suitable candidate as a Fire Safety Manager Cum WHS Officer. The Job scope as follows:

1. Observe and comply with all prevailing MOM and SCDF regulations relating to Fire and Work Place Safety and Health.

2. Review and implement risk assessment and safety work procedures to develop a strong safety culture in the company across all levels of staff.

3. Conduct regular building inspection to ensure that all fire safety related issues s are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.

4. Submit monthly fire safety report to the Management.

5. Plan and conduct regular toolbox meeting, monthly WSH meetings and relevant trainings for all employees of the company.

6. To achieve and manage all KPIs and standards of the company.

7. To support during the intgernal, external, safety and ISO audits of the company.

8. To communicate with relavent authorities on FS & WHS related matters.

9. To ensure all staff and contractors follow the House Rules and Disciplines.

Requirements:

1. Diplomo in any of the job related studies as stated above.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experince.

3. Registered as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF.

4. Good communicaiton skills.

5. Good knowledge and practical experience with Singapore’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements.
