SUMMARY:

Tower Transit Singapore (TTS) is in the business of moving people, not buses. As one of Singapore’s four public transport operators, TTS carries about 14 million passengers a month. As Communications Senior Executive, you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across that broad spectrum, including bus captains, the trade union, the media, community groups and MPs, all of whom are your audiences. You will support TTS’ internal and external communications efforts, tailoring key messages to different stakeholder groups and applying your skills in strategic communication to a wide range of issues.

You will play a key role in managing our internal comms by working with various departments to craft and amplify key messages to our employees. You will take the lead on internal content creation and manage the publishing of news on TTS Hub, our custom-built staff app. You will also work with our developers to drive enhancements to the app. As part of a nimble and dynamic Communications & Customer Experience team, you will also support our staff engagement, customer experience and inclusive transport initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing orders, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Our labels include The Fleur Label, nonome and an activewear brand muuv-it.

Responsibilities:

• Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to packing slips and shipping instructions.
• Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Check inventory levels regularly and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in other tasks related to warehouse operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages
• Availability to work flexible hours, typically 3-4 hours per day, at least twice a week (Monday is a must). Need to come to office to pack (our office is located at Enterprise Hub, Blk 48, Singapore 608586).
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Job Description

• Lead, coordinate and administer a variety of HR core function activities primarily in the areas of Payroll Management, Personnel Administration and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• Processing payroll via Prosoft system, and power user for HRMS.
• Ensure timely handling of CPF, government-claim submissions, income tax related matters.
• Manage the Retirement & Reemployment policy and process.
• Support Recruitment activities from sourcing, selection, to onboarding.
• The role is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing HR policies, processes and controls.

Requirements

• A recognised Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource functional areas (i.e. including Payroll Processing)
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act & statutory regulations
• Comfortable working with numbers and possess good arithmetic skills
• Analytical with good problem solving skills
• Experience with HRMS (i.e. Prosoft) would be an advantage

Digital Marketing

• Develop digital marketing strategies and support the execution aligned with the brand’s strategic direction and guidelines of the different business units
• Coordinate social media marketing as an integrated component of the overall organizational marketing strategy

• Ensure that all websites are optimized via SEO best practices

Marketing

• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies

Community Engagement

• Organise and assist in the execution of events & promotional activities, product launches

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• Experience in Marketing, preferably in the Retail and/or F&B Industry.
• Has experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Exhibit sound knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Be able to think out of the box, enjoy coming up with creative ideas and solutions
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
