The Accounts Assistant cum Admin plays a vital role in supporting the financial and admin operations of sales and finance team of the temple. Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Perform bank reconciliation by matching financial records with bank statements.
• Assist in processing payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable, including tracking donations, issuing receipts, and coordinating with donors or members for outstanding payments.

Financial Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.

Expense Monitoring and Reconciliation
