Responsibilities:

• Oversee smooth and compliant export operations, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Coordinate and manage the entire export shipment process, including space planning and booking with carriers.
• Develop, implement, and review export freight processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Proactively prevent service failures and manage recovery efforts resourcefully.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment coordination with various departments to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as the main contact between carriers and the company, handling complaints and monitoring contract space fulfillment.

Job Description

• Reports to Director and manages overall delivery of project safely, on time and within budget,
• Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely
  submission and approval of project deliveries according to baseline programme and cost reduction through optimization whenever possible,
• Oversees operations of projects activities, including but not limited to project setup
  cost management, project quality, progress reporting, site safety and security,
• Ensures the project is implemented according to company’s project implementation plan and policies,
• Reports project progress to senior management,
• Chairs regular internal progress meetings,
• Attends meetings with client, authorities and subcontractors,
• Supports HQ in tender preparation.

Requirements:

• Dip/Degree in Civil Structural Engineering/ Architectural
• Has at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in building works,
• Strong leader with good communication and writing skills, self-motivated and work independently,
• Familiar with digital engineering and construction delivery.
