Your key responsibilities:

• Direct coverage of sponsors (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit & sovereign wealth) across Asia

Your skills and experience:

The Role Responsibilities

The role holder will:

· Provide support to the Basel 3.1 Business Impacts Management (“BIM”) Programme Manager on key deliverables.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Client Director, you will work as part of the client services team supporting and in partnership with a Client Partner and the Senior Leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day running of your allocated client account and building unbreakable relationships with clients and team members alike.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Running client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision, confidence, a sense of presence and gravitas

• Running pitches and initiatives with the support of the senior team

• Taking responsibility for the overarching relationship with clients across your allocated pillar account, spanning the wider business as well as project specifics

• Being a key agency partner across all levels and brands; building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients

• Contributing to RFI’s, negotiating fee and timing discussions to safeguard our value and quality

• Selling and defending our creative product; confidently presenting and positively challenging briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with the client team

• Contributing to annual reviews; foreseeing and evading difficult situations, facilitating challenging conversations with confidence and grace

• Supporting a Client Partner in the strategic direction and growth of your allocated account

• Overseeing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard whilst meeting client timelines and budgets

• Advising on project timelines and proposals, which are realistic and effectively meet our client’s needs

• Overseeing the weekly/monthly reporting of financials, including billings, forecasting and client purchase orders

• Supporting the Client Partner with the annual and quarterly forecasting plans and presentations

• Creating inspiring presentations and contributing to the pitch process, using your strategic and industry knowledge

• Mentoring and taking responsibility for the reviews and development of the junior client service team.

• Leading the development and delivery of client presentations, pitch preparations and new business proposals when required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of application architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers
• Take full responsibility for the balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience including experience in leading fully cycle project roll-out with finance system
• Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan
• Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset, capable of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges

As Director, Partners CPaaS, this position is responsible for establishing a partner network for both channels to market and technology partners. The role is based in Singapore and will report to the General Manager, CPaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing both GTM strategies for partners and a plan to recruit, onboard, educate, measure and financial measures and metric.
• Identify and recruit specific prospects/partners to develop the business value proposition for using our services and educate and enable them for using our CPaaS solutions
• Develop and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, marketing, legal, support, etc.).
• Establish the business development pipeline by engaging with prospects and key customers
• Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress against budgeted plan and any potential roadblocks to closing new customers
• Lead contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of the market strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree/MBA with relevant experience in the Technology sector .
• Extensive channel and partnership experience in APAC is an essential requirement to be successful in this role.
• Proven track record of establishing channels to market and partner relationships in new sectors of geographies
• Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired
• Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Exposure to and experience is developing channel programs to deliver sustainable revenue.
• Culturally aware with good interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across different functional teams and stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

• highly energetic individual, able to understand pressure and most importantly must have ready access to high-net-worth customers in China and have experience in handling demanding customers.
