Job Responsibilities:

**Staff Loan Administration**

- Oversee the entire staff loan administration process, including application, disbursement, and redemption.

- Collaborate with vendors and IT to enhance systems and processes.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

- Perform necessary loan reporting.

- Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration across entities.

**Employee Share Plan Administration**

- Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrollment exercise.

- Assist with regulatory reporting and disclosures.

- Administer ongoing ESPP tasks as a checker.

**Additional Responsibilities**

- Process work injury compensation claims.

- Handle benefits-related vendor bills/invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

- Support wellness initiatives and their implementation.

- Participate in audits and due diligence activities.

- Contribute to other projects (e.g., HCM) and daily activities within the benefits team.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Fulfil all duties, including journal entries such as AP accruals/ reclasses, along with reconciliations, and other assigned tasks related to accounts payable, in a timely manner to comply with the closing timeline
• Process full-cycle accounts payable including vendor and invoice management, approval and weekly disbursement activities
• Update cash flow report for disbursements
• Assist with audit requests related to the accounts payable function

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and communication materials of products.
• Actively brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas and campaigns to build product and brand awareness
• Formulate effective advertising and promotion strategies to optimise the exposure of brands in the most cost-effective way and ensure they are executed in line with desired standard & direction
• Experienced in building content distribution on social media channels and online platforms. Able to work independently and align with company visions and targets.
• Analyse campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising of the social media campaigns
• Support the planning and execution of offline and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in applying graphic design knowledge to create collaterals and digital marketing campaigns. Experience in the MICE industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of Premier Pro or other media editing software would be an advantage.
• Good analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Working knowledge in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics for effective campaign management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and Google Analytics (GA4). A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
• Familiar with social media platforms (including XiaoHongShu).
