• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.

Job Purpose:

Within the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for a set of customer accounts where internally and externally you will manage the execution from factory to customer of sales made by the Sales function.

• Provide 2nd level onsite troubleshooting support in response to escalation from helpdesk to ensure consistently meet customer response / resolution times and objectives based on SLA

• Monitor contract renewal status for all existing corporate accounts

The Job

• Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
