Job Description

• Handle all walk-ins, phone and online enquiries in a professional and customer-oriented manner

• Handle registration, student movements (transfers / withdrawals) and payment collection in accordance with the centre's SOPs

• Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner

• Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

• Escalate unresolved customers' feedbacks and grievances promptly to the Centre Manager or Management

• Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

• Maintain a strong communication link between teachers and parents to ensure a seamless client experience

• Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned

As a Customer Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of Customer Engineers who engage with business prospects and channel partners to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of Google Cloud technologies, and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the business process. You will lead efforts to drive solution innovation, working across the organization to identify the assets and tools to drive customer adoption. You'll also be responsible for investing in the team’s development and success, building a high performing, effective, and collaborative team.

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Customer Engineers across the region who engage with prospects, providing technical discovery and solutions recommendations while working in partnership with customers. Manage and motivate a diverse collection of engineering professionals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 15 years of technology related sales experience, with at least 5 years in a CE managerial capacity.
• Experience working with IaaS, PaaS, Big Data, SaaS, public cloud, or related industry and technical concepts.
• Experience developing strategy to lead Sales Engineering teams to meet business objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience creating repeatable processes at scale in a pre-sales engineering organization.

To manage Admin, Compliance and Building Services of 1NN and 1NE.1-Net is fast transforming itself into Asia’s Data Centre of Choice. Role Profile

The Assistant Engineer shall be responsible to provide timely response, escalation and resolution to all incidents, outages and performance alerts. This includes the monitoring of 1-Net’s facilities and network infrastructure and systems performance.

Responsibilities

• To perform 24x7 rotating shift duty for NOC and Network Operations.
• Changing of backup tapes based on predetermined schedule
• Preparation and compilation of team and customer weekly and monthly reports
• Process internal and external service requests including physical access, DNS changes, MS, x-connect and etc.
• Inventory Management for physical network infrastructure, x-connect.
• Provide remote hands service and onsite support to internal and customers
• Liaising with end users and vendors/Telco providers on network implementation, requirements and maintenance support
• Manage vendors or contractors in Meet-Me-Room, Cabinets and Client premises when services are required
• Responsive to troubleshoot and solve L1 Data Center and customer network issues
• Perform physical network infrastructure deployment and cross connect provisioning for internal and customers requirement
• Report to Telco Helpdesk for suspected circuit problem.
• Maintain concise and up-to-date network documentation including: Network inventories, processes, policies and procedures
• Collect and manage the statistics collection and application from the network systems
• Generate accurate and informative network analysis reports such as traffic utilization and network uptime reports

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT related field of study
