We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing communications and social media efforts for our platform. As a founding member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy through channels such as live events, trade shows and various online media to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a marketing communications strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
â—Ź Manage and budget marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, both online and offline
â—Ź Work with vendors and manage agency relationships to establish brand presence
â—Ź Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content, including graphics, videos, and photography
● Build and manage KAPA’s creative content databases
â—Ź Build and manage CRM and loyalty marketing channels
â—Ź Brief stakeholders on media and communications agenda
Events:
â—Ź Identify key events and tradeshows for the company to achieve presence, plan and manage annual event calendars
â—Ź Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth running of events and identify media opportunities
â—Ź Establish partnerships with event organisers and online or print media publications, allocate budgets for promotional activities
Social media:
● Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
â—Ź Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
â—Ź Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
â—Ź Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand reach and credibility
â—Ź Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication
● Manage and maintain the company’s website and blog, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency of content
â—Ź Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan to ensure timely and effective response to brand-related issues
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
â—Ź 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
â—Ź Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
â—Ź Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
â—Ź Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â—Ź Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
â—Ź Ability to work independently and as part of a team
â—Ź Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
â—Ź Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
â—Ź Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software, such as HubSpot or Marketo
â—Ź Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
â—Ź Certification in social media marketing or a related field
â—Ź Experience in the property management industry
â—Ź Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
â—Ź Experience with email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
â—Ź Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
