Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders to manufacturers/ suppliers
• Follow up on shipments and production schedules, shipment clearance and inventory control
• Issue of purchase order with correct shipping/ delivery term and pricing

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing new revenue streams from existing accounts.
• 70% hunting new prospects with adequate time split on up selling to existing accounts.

2. Reconciliation:Reconcile store takings and validate various payment settlements (cash, NETS, Visa/MasterCard, Amex, etc.) to the bank statement.
   Highlight discrepancies and unusual transactions to CFO/CEO.
   
3. Tax Compliance:Obtain proper tax invoices for GST-subject local expenses and address any discrepancies.
   
4. Approval and Documentation:Ensure non-trade invoices are approved by authorized managers before posting.
   Maintain accurate filing of all documentation (cloud or hard copy).
   
5. Petty Cash Management:Ensure complete documentation for store petty cash disbursements.
   Follow up on missing documentation with Store Managers.
