Responsibilities

1. Involved in full spectrum on bi-monthly payroll process for staff strength of 500 headcount by using Timesoft payroll software via bank GIRO transfer.
2. Ensure all monthly or ad-hoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
3. Submit NS make-up claims, handle annual IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme exercise, preparation & submission of income tax clearance (IR21) for foreign employees leaving company, monthly CPF submission, other government leave claims such as Childcare/Maternity/Paternity and course funds from e2i.
4. Process manual payroll computation for monthly intern/new hire/resigned staffs.
5. Prepare payroll GL report for mid & end closing for management’s review/approval.
6. Process reimbursement claim for staffs’ expense (Such as: Petty cash, Medical/dental, cab claim per diem and other expenses)
7. Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors.
8. Maintain knowledge of and complies with all payroll policies and procedures
9. Co-ordination with HR on staff issues and enquiries on payroll related matters.
10. Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
11. Support other HR related matter from time to time and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. At least 4 years of relevant experience with a degree or its equivalent.
2. Highly meticulous with an eye for details.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Cooperate and work harmoniously with other departments

Core Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain technical documents (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production lots

· Prepare and maintain documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory

· Prepare and maintain samples of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation and record evaluations

· Maintain updated record of lab samples

· Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)

· Prepare and send samples for external lab or customer testing

· Perform lab testing e.g. pH, density (for specific products)

· Support lab testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment

· Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation

· Perform other tasks, roles or projects by superiors assigned from time to time

· Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness standards, observe safety requirement and Good Laboratory Practices

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Food Science/ Chemistry or related fields

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

· Experience in lab environment/ quality control systems would be a bonus

· Air-con working environment
