• Developing and presenting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analysis results effectively. Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insight
• Addressing business challenges through the application of data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions based on analysis outcomes.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the company's financial system, actively organize annual operating/budget planning, including capital and regular operations.
• Based on the company's actual operations, develop effective financing strategies, utilize various financial means, and maintain an optimal capital structure.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the board of directors and the general manager.

The Requirements

● Legally authorized to work in Singapore without work/employment visa sponsorship.

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in similar field.

● Familiar with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat and other office software.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.

● Experience in BI and visualization tools: PowerBI/Tableau, Streamlit, is preferred.

● Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques relevant to financial data.

● Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with China's stakeholder and counterpart.

● Possess strong interpersonal skills, organized, resourceful and good problem-solving abilities.

● Able to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic atmosphere and comfortable working in a startup company
