DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project

• Work with the engineering team to ensure M & E system resilience in the design phase
• Attend the project development committee meeting
• To undertake necessary due diligence for the reviewing of the tender drawings, shop drawings, material catalogue
• Review and witness the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for major M & E equipment and to provide comments if any
• Work with the team for the successfully take over of the white space (Comms room and comm closets)
• To monitor if there are any alarms activation for the white space and to escalate to the vendors for the immediately rectification work if need be

Administration
