Responsibilities:
โข Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
โข Record suppliersโ invoices and staff claims and process payments
โข Manage HR and general administrative duties
โข Maintain Meticulous employee records and documents.
โข Maintain Meticulous employee records and documents.
โข Coordinate data across departments to ensure prompt salary disbursal.
โข Handle admin works and handling orders, invoices, po, customer related communications etc
โข Resolve employee queries regarding HR process and administration
โข Facilitate the hiring process and organize seamless onboarding
โข Develop internal company documents and materials for employees
โข Implement HR policies and collaborate with managers to ensure compliance.
