Qualifications for assistant cook

Skills to assist in preparation of weekly menus

Required reading and math skills for recipes and accurate measurements

Must successfully pass a Federal background check

Be alert to any food issues and raise these with Chef/Manager at once

Day to Day Activities

• Support the activities of the full employee life cycle in GetGo (pre-onboarding, onboarding, in-service, offboarding, etc)
• Maintain up to date employee records in HRMS and electronic P-files
• Support the automation and enhancement of internal processes and workflows
• Support the coordination of internal People & Culture team meetings and related events
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR services and strategies
• Provide support for People & Culture projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in HR/Business administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tech/gaming industry

- Supervision of Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Installations.

- Conduct M&E inspections and verify that the installations are in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Supervise and ensure that the T&C of M&E services are in accordance with approved method statements.

- Maintain and update records of inspections and defect rectifications progress; ensuring completion to the satisfaction of the client / engineer.

• Perform sales logistic operation duties including sales/purchase order process, delivery and invoicing arrangement in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented process.
• Monitor / prepare inventory status report.
• Attend to sales enquiry.
• Demonstrate good communication with vendors/ customers / all related parties.
• Monitoring and following up stocks at customer warehouse (VMI).
• Ensure compliance with Legal & Other requirements.
• Coaching & supporting of subordinate.
• Ensure continual improvement in related field.

• Computer literate and SAP knowledge
• Process import & Export knowledge
• Relating work experience required
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, maturely, independently and efficiently with strong customer service mindset
