Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible to secure private banquets and functions and assist in the overall supervision of events operations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of all private event matters with

clients in a timely fashion, through Golf Event Overviews, Banquet Event Orders

and any other communication channels.

• Prepare printing materials relating to the event (eg; directional signs, menu, food

tags etc.)

• Attend to billing enquiries and prepare billing summaries for all private event

transactions.

• Manage and control all available function room spaces.

• Work with trusted event vendors/suppliers to offer additional event services to

clients (eg; décor, emcee, live band, entertainment etc.)

• To ensure that service of the highest standard is accorded to members and clients

at all times.

Issue meeting agenda and take minutes for meetings involving the dept. as and

when required.

• Handle backroom administrative duties (eg; raising of purchase requisitions,
