• Managing all HR related operation matters locally for the assigned countries in the hub in relation with: employment (from hiring to retiring), payroll, social security, fiscal regulations, legal matters, trade unions, people development etc., directly with their own team and/or through external consultants
• Providing support to Global HR Management team to ensure consistent global approaches and administration of HR Operations, both in terms of processes and systems/tools;
• Granting the operative coordination of main global HR processes, like salary review, performance appraisal, MBO assignment, budgeting, recruitment etc.
• Participating in projects to continuously improve HR systems, including testing and documentation (HCM); granting the system configuration for HR managed systems, properly customized to support the Global HR teams to manage HR Operations;
• Support in identifying system defects and assisting with process improvement opportunities, to include system enhancement testing, if required;
• Supporting International HR teams in driving ad hoc process improvement initiatives in support of company programs and standards;
• Granting the proper implementation of local learning & development programs such as, onboarding, people development, etc. cooperating with the dedicated Corporate Functions to ensure the proper implementation by the local hubs.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Business Administration / Finance Management or Law

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and provide support to guide users in the hospital's design and planning stages
• Facilitate discussions during the design, construction, and post-construction stage. This includes cross-coordination with aspects such as medical equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Support in leading, planning, organising and coordinating architectural, medical planners, interior design, and MEP requirements and discussions for the hospital.
• Support, track, and ensure project requirements are gathered promptly, including coordination with multiple stakeholders (consultants, employer’s agent, users, contractors, etc.) to meet the overall project timeline.
• Support, coordinate, and manage to ensure users’ requirements are duly captured and resolved, obtaining approvals from users during various design stages, and ensuring that records of discussions are correctly and accurately captured.
• Support and be involved in budgetary planning and control discussions, to ensure that proposed designs are within time and approved budget.
• Work closely with project team members in administrating the project in a structured and compliant manner
• Any other duties assigned for the hospital development.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related to the building industry.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
• Candidates with a healthcare background are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities
• Good analytical skills and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
