• Follow up on material delivery and manage the drivers' activities
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items and delivered on-site.
• Matching PO, DO, and Tax Invoices and submit to account dept on time.
• To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.
