Department Overview

Data Operations is responsible for all aspects of portfolio data exchange and support – trade activity, pricing and position data. Position Overview

The Risk Governance & Solutions (RGS) team is responsible for Interface Analytics publications, operational solutions, analysis and execution of risk mitigation plans and oversee the rollout of strategic initiatives. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of the RGS team and will be primarily responsible for coordinating and triaging deliverables aligned with the group’s strategic initiatives. Working with business and project teams across Citco and SMEs within Data Operations, the candidate will be responsible for leading, organizing, and controlling and reporting on initiatives. The Customer Service Specialist is focused primarily on ensuring that all sales support and service activities are well-coordinated and completed within prescribed process guidelines in support of the sale branches.
