Job Description:

As a Programme Executive at Duck Learning, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our flagship programs, including the FIRST LEGO League and the Global Robotics Games. This multifaceted role requires a combination of strategic planning, project management, marketing, and partnership development skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of both programs, from conception to implementation, with a focus on expanding their reach and impact globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of FIRST LEGO League (FLL):

• Oversee all aspects of the FLL program, including organization, promotion, marketing, administration, and adherence to competition rules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of FLL events and competitions.
• Provide support and guidance to participating teams and mentors.

Development of Global Robotics Games:

• Lead the development and execution of the Global Robotics Games, a flagship program of Duck Learning.
• Manage the production of the games each year, including game design, logistics, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with international partners to implement the games in various countries, ensuring consistency and quality across different regions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to secure funding and support for the Global Robotics Games.

Event Organization:

• Plan and organize the finals of the Global Robotics Games in Singapore, overseeing all logistical arrangements, venue selection, and participant coordination.
• Ensure a seamless and memorable experience for participants, sponsors, and attendees.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop strategic plans for the continuous improvement and expansion of both the FLL and Global Robotics Games programs.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the robotics education space.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and curriculum development, to align program objectives and messaging.
• Communicate regularly with external stakeholders, including participants, sponsors, partners, and volunteers, to ensure alignment and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Polytechnic Diploma
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in program management, event planning, or related fields, preferably in the education or technology sector.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for STEAM education and robotics, with a deep understanding of the educational landscape and trends.
• Proven track record of successful partnership development and fundraising.
• Experience in international program management or event organization is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Daily Activities:

• Ingest brief on various project requirements
• Ensuring all shoots and edit tasks happen on time, resolving or reporting issues along the way.
• Oversee post-creative aspects of video production from filming, editing, to feedback.
• Collaborate internally to ensure video content aligns with our strategy and objectives.
• Exploring ways to identify, highlight, and add value to ideation and planning processes.
• Occasionally pitching, planning, and producing insightful and creative educational videos
• Optimise video content for our website, social media channels, and partner platforms and resolve any technical issues in real time.
• Gaining experience from seniors and handling incremental levels of task assigned

Studio Kinu is a photography company located in Singapore inspired by our love for animals (inu) and human connection (kin). We love capturing beautiful relationships and moments. Our goal is to preserve the moments that truly matter and create memories that will last through generations.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as an assistant at Studio Kinu located in Singapore. This role revolves heavily around client interaction. We are looking for someone bubbly and outgoing as you will be required to interact with children of all ages and play with them during photoshoot sessions. You will also need to be comfortable with pets - mainly dogs and cats.

As an assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as the following, but not limited to:

1. Client Experience - Meet & Greet guests, preparation of refreshments, cleaning up between bookings, interacting with kids and pets, reply emails and DMs
2. Studio Management - Manages lighting and camera equipments, making sure they are all connected to our network for remote control. Making sure batteries are all charged up.
3. Photo Activations - Setting up photo activations (e.g. photobooth) for events/weddings
4. Social media content creation - Create content for social media, IG story

Qualifications
