Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to Provide primarily execute & support directives set forth at production department.
2. Fully responsible for First Article Run till Approval, and take charge of preliminary production run lots. This includes plan, monitor and control projects from the receipt of orders through completion and getting project acceptance by customers.
3. Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Shared Service Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, credit cards payment, and expense management.
• Maintain accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Support the Finance Manager in communicating financial information and providing assistance to internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and provide accurate financial data as needed

Taxation

• Assist in compiling accurate tax-related information.

Strategic Planning

• Support budget development and monitor adherence to financial goals.
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and safeguarding assets.
• Contribute to developing financial policies and procedures.

Internal & External Audits

• Support audits by providing documentation and addressing queries.
• Implement policies and procedures to prevent fraud and errors.
• Resolve audit findings and deficiencies.

Process Improvement Through Integration of Information Technology

• Operate accounting information systems efficiently and effectively
• Analyze financial data and provide KPI insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Support HR/Finance team with office administrative matters.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in accounts payable and receivables.
• Strong accounting principles, financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Salary: up to Basic $3,000 + Transport Allowance $150

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all laboratory tests are well managed and performed including testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

• Manage the inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables.

1. Accounts Receivables

- System Data input and filing for AR Tax Invoices, Credit note, payment received.

- Prepare monthly statement of accounts.

- Chasing overdue accounts.

2. Accounts Payables and petty cash

- Checking the data input for all suppliers’ tax invoices. Example invoice date, number, accounts code, amount and etc.

- System data input for cheque payment (such as giro payment, HP payment, LC & TR payment transaction, petty cash, credit cards transaction & etc) except AP Payment.

3. General ledger transaction

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for Hire purchases & depreciation of fixed assets.

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for Trade Debtors Provision.

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for inventory report.

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for Term loan & AR factoring.

- System data input for all above report include monthly salary report.

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

4. GST Submission, yearly audit, tax submission & other report.

- Prepare quarterly GST report.

- Prepare yearly audit schedule.

- Liaise with external audits and prepare all the report which they requested.

- Checking yearly audited report & tax computation.

- Prepare VAP & BCA report.

- Yearly stock checking with external auditor.

5. Monthly management meeting report

- Prepare monthly financial report. (P&L, Bal Sheet, AP & AR)
