Your position will be Sales Executive, your duties and responsibilities will be as designated by the Company, with an initial focus on:
ā¢ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, working with the team leader in executing those strategies, and ensuring the team's overall success.
ā¢ Identify and target potential clients in need of home removal services and international moving.
ā¢ Review our current lead handling process to increase the conversion ratio of leads received.
ā¢ Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
ā¢ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
ā¢ Develop and deliver persuasive sales materials to prospective clients highlighting the value and benefits of our business services.
ā¢ Conduct on-site surveys and provide company introductions upon customers' requests.
ā¢ Negotiate and close quotations, ensuring customer satisfaction and establishing long term partnerships for referral business.
ā¢ Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service, etc., to ensure the quality and smooth execution of the removal process and timely delivery of services.
ā¢ Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
ā¢ Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to international removals.
ā¢ Prepare and submit accurate sales/leads reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
ā¢ Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to assess team performance.
ā¢ Keep management informed about market information.
Requirements:
1. Tertiary education or above, major in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or removals industry.
3. Strong understanding of the international removals market, including knowledge of customs regulations, documentation requirements, and logistics processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
5. Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
6. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
7. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
