13. Match volunteers to appropriate initiatives and programmes across our centres.
14. Manage and nurture new and existing corporate CSR and ESG partnerships.
15. Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop volunteer programmes.
16. You might be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the team relating to marketing communications if the situation arises.
17. Given the nature of the role, you might be required to work on weekends (fortnightly) to support various events for both HQ and centres.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Ethical Hacking – this discipline covers vulnerability assessment, application and network penetration testing, wireless security, mobile security, and system security testing.
• Cybersecurity Risk & Governance – this discipline covers designing and implementing Cybersecurity frameworks; Cyber maturity assessments; organisational design for Cyber Security; Cloud security; design and rollout of cyber security processes such as Incident Management, Intrusion Detection, and Security Monitoring.
• Technology Risk and 3rd Party Cyber Risk – this discipline covers IT-Business related consulting over how an organisation manages technology risk and governs its outsourcing. This involves review, re-design and implementation controls over the 3rd party organisation’s IT environment. Topics include system development, project management, business or IT outsourcing, business continuity management, information security, incident management, user access management.
• Cyber Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Crisis Management – this discipline covers building business and technology resilience against cyber-attacks. Creating and testing Cyber Incident Response Plans around typical cyber-attack scenarios. Taking regulatory requirements around BCM and Crisis management and international standards based consulting.
• Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) - This discipline covers implementation of IT solutions for use cases such as Access control, Process control, Risk management, Compliance Management, Third party vendor risk management. This discipline also covers the area such as Pre/Post implementation review for large IT projects.

Cyber team members regularly interact with C-Suite clients, such as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and their direct reports. Hence, a client centric mind-set, understanding of IT within a Business context, and well-developed communication skills are desirable.

The role involves:

• Identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for high profile clients on a variety of local and international engagements

Position Summary

• To supervise the day shift security operation together with agency security team, such as vessel crew movement, resident and common contractors’ movement.
• To plan and organise the day shift security patrolling.
• To response and proceed to 5JS yard in case of any emergency at day shift.
• To attend the vessel in case of any emergency and security incident

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure professional discharge of security duties and resolve any conflicts arising out of performance of duties at the lowest possible level.
• Responsible for ensuring all security personnel have been properly orientated on security standard operating procedures.
• To assist security supervisor for a smooth daily security operation.
• Maintain strong operational control skills, maintain good relationship and teamwork with outsourced security officers and liaise with outsourced security operation executive to resolve deployment & disciplinary issues.
• Ensure to complete daily security operations paperwork and update accordingly.

· Monitor yard CCTV footage and report to security supervisor if there is any breakdown in the CCTV Cameras.

• Able to cover the duties of the security supervisor in his absence.
• To assist security supervisor for security drills, plan and lead in emergency response based on business, security & safety requirements.
• Prepare daily contractors attendance summary report and email to related department heads.
• To ensure control and supervise outsourced security officers job scope, take immediate corrective action wherever necessary in security operations.
• Prepare ID card/Gangway & confined space passes for yard employees and resident contractors.
• Maintain office door access system, providing door access for new employees ID card and replacement ID card for existing staff.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Security industries.
• WSQ Security Supervisor certificate.
• Valid Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD) – Security licence
• Preference to have Marine sector security experiences.
