Responsibilities

• Design newsletter and curating EDM
• Prepare regular reports on expenses
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Call and arrange appointment
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails )
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events (only when required)

Requirements and skills

• Local Poly, preferred
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Office cleaner

- General office cleaning

Monday, Wednesday, Friday ( 2 hours) - 60 Kaki Bukit office

Tuesday & Thursday (2 hours each) - 8 Boon Lay Way office

· All work and responsibilities related to occupational health and safety and environment.

· Carry out inspection and coordination for all safety matters in site and office.

· Prepare all required safety aspects of the system documentation, including risk assessment and control.

· Must have WSH office or coordinator certificate.
