Overview - Role and Department:

Service Management

• Oversee, report, and ensure the SLAs/KPIs of the systems under the System Family are met.
• Collaborate directly with clients (stakeholders, Operations Managers, and/or Contractors) for project delivery and maintenance support.
• Regularly update the client on operational concerns, compliance matters, and propose solutions.
• Provide monthly reports on system health, status, risk status, and the status of Change Requests/Service Requests and System Problems.
• Participate in management meetings such as CCC, Operations, Service Review, Audit, and Management Meeting.
• Review reports from Operations & Support (O&S) project teams within the System Family.
• Support O&S Project teams during Audit, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning, Backup & Recovery exercises.
• Propose initiatives for continuous improvement with recommendations to enhance IT governance & compliance and improve work quality and processes.
• Prepare an annual Management plan and submit it to the Client.

IT Configuration Management

• Regularly review IT asset inventory records maintained and updated by the Client-appointed Asset Officer.
• Oversee and review Obsolescence at the System Family Level, and notify the client in advance of potential obsolescence.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Client.

Incident Management

• Lead investigations and ensure incidents are resolved within the stipulated SLA time.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent incidents and recommend improvement solutions to the Client.
• Ensure proper sign-off/endorsement by the client for incident resolution/closure and associated archival/repository.

IT Security Management

• Schedule security scans for identified systems according to policies, and verify all vulnerability rectifications are satisfactorily performed.
• Conduct weekly Security Reviews on System Access and administration patterns, and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the SMO Head Office.
• Track, mitigate, and deploy patch security vulnerabilities according to the stipulated timeline. Maintain oversight and submit monthly reports.
• Ensure applications/software/systems are updated with the latest virus/security patches.
• Escalate and/or seek Client’s acceptance and approval of assessed risks.

IT Security Compliance & QA Management

• Ensure the Systems’ compliance status adheres to applicable standards, policies, directives, and guidelines.
• Declare, review, and report compliance status to the SMO head office annually.
• During audit exercises, collaborate with stakeholders to provide responses and evidences to auditors or compliance-related declarations.
• Provide a Rectification Plan for any gaps found.
• Seek waivers on compliance when justifiable.
• Ensure all applicable standards, policies, directives, guidelines, deliverables, and quality assurance records are filed and kept up-to-date for audit and review purposes.
• Collaborate with the Client on system enhancements required for policy changes and audit requirements.

As a Media Manager for our technology client, you will be responsible for collaborating with APAC-based and regional media agencies and internal stakeholders to manage ongoing media projects and campaigns across key performance and direct response programmes. 

The person will be the day-to-day consultant on media strategy for the programs mentioned above, including but not limited to channel, audience and ad format strategy, best practices and optimisation to attain program efficiency goals.

Role: 

• Drive media strategy for marketing initiatives across multiple markets APAC, with a focus on SEM, display & potentially app advertising within the gaming industry.
• Be the primary POC on media for these programs & work closely with cross-functional

As the Manager of Software Implementation & Vessel Performance, your pivotal role within the technical department revolves around ensuring the successful implementation of new Ship Management Software across all ships and shore offices. Your primary responsibility lies in providing comprehensive training to all company employees, including both shore and ship staff, enabling them to proficiently utilize the various modules and functions of the Ship Management Software.

Furthermore, you will actively work to decrease overall energy consumption on board vessels through a range of measures. These measures encompass monitoring the hull condition, conducting regular follow-ups with vessels to optimize fuel consumption of various machineries on board. Additionally, you will actively engage with various class and flags for the submission of crucial data, such as IMO DCS, EU MRV, etc., in compliance with relevant regulations. Monitoring EEXI and CII compliance will also fall under your purview to ensure adherence to the required standards.

There are two main areas you will be responsible for:

Training and Implementation of Ship Management software:

• Ensuring data (i.e.spares, jobs, class, inventory, location and machinery planned maintenance system (MPMS certification) are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS module.
• Monitoring and review job frequencies, overdue jobs and defects jobs on a routine basis.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of software for various modules including initial setup, activities and forms creation and modification, workflow changes and resolve queries from the Marine & Technical Team.
• Providing regular training to ship staff on ERP at company office for new joining staff / remotely through online meetings / by going on company managed vessels.
• Supporting and monitor any issues arising from the vessels by taking remote of vessel computers.
• Making sure that the software is utilised to full extent by the vessels.
• Regular communication with external vendor to resolve the issues and successful implementation of various modules.
• Preparing monthly reports and analytics for internal stakeholders’ review.
• Be the key driver for auditing our vessels’ process and compliance.
• Carrying out various analysis from the data captured through the software to ensure and improve efficiency and increase productivity.

Support the Vessel Performance & Energy Management/ Optimization activities:

• Monitoring fleet for energy efficiency or optimization and comply with the Emission regulatory directives.
• Data collection, verification, submission of IMO DCS, EU MRV and other declarations to flag and port states.
• By doing data quality checks on daily noon reports.
• Analysing Power vs speed trends to identify Hull fouling. Advising technical/ operations department for Hull cleaning for the vessel if Hull is expected to be fouled.

• Must be abIe to implement company objectives of fuel efficiency, vessel performance monitoring, CO2 reduction, monetize.
• Monitoring and analyse performance data of the vessels.
• Do feasibility studies on improving the energy conservation on board vessels such as use of alternate fuels, using energy efficiency devices etc.
• Providing regular training to ship staff on best practices of energy conservation on board the vessels.

• Lead project calls discussing progress, risks, challenges and ultimately facilitate decision-making
• Communicate key operational milestones to all key stakeholders and drive alignment
• Review engineering design drawings and align within project scope
• Work with planners and PM’s and create plans to support preplanning and on time delivery
• Own information gathering and evaluate restrictions and regulatory requirements that impact supply chain
• Monitor operations and coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for on time delivery
• Proactively identify and developing mitigation strategies for risks and logistics impacts
• Maintain and report project metrics specific to on-time delivery, safety, quality, spend, and savings globally
• Monitor and report on supplier and forwarder performance to agreed SLO’s,  risk and priorities
• Ensure projects follow the proper project management life cycle and include proper documentation such as project charters, documentation for public consumption, technical and end-user documentation, document storage and controls
• Organizes and manages project activities across vendors, carriers, factories, contract manufacturers
• Conduct post-implementation reviews (i.e., evaluate performance against defined project goals)
• Analyze late orders and or damages and provide root cause analysis
• Support RFI/RFQ processes and benchmarking
• Manage regional and  local transportation matters as they arise and as required by the customer
• Collaborate with ESC project team to build consistency in all processes and procedures
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, benchmarks, best practices and advancements in supply chain, including emerging tools, techniques and best practices and  apply new knowledge to improve processes

Your Role

We are looking for a highly experienced commercial sales head to join our JAPAC Go-To-Market Shared Services team. As a leader, you will play a key role in shaping up our new Commercial RTM/GTM initiative focused on partner engagement in the JAPAC region. Your work will help us identify trends and spearhead new initiatives to accelerate our commercial segment revenue booking growth across each sub-regions.

Your Impact

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and enhance profitability.

• Lead the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.

• Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives with the prime responsibility to tap into whitespace through inbound and outbound call campaigns.

• Develop strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and foster increased customer loyalty.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as track competitor activity to develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial activities, including customer data privacy regulations.

• Develop and manage budgets and financial performance metrics to ensure that commercial activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Develop and manage commercial offerings and/or bundles tailored to markets, including pricing, terms, and conditions.

• Identify and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and improve its market position
